Parking
The parking lot gate will be secured within the next two weeks. You will need to use your parking gate remote to enter. Please have your guests park on the street when they come to visit.
Elevator Lobby TVs
TVs are being installed on each floor just off the elevators. Make sure you give them a quick glance while waiting for the elevator, as they will display important Malone updates and event reminders!
Avenue C Market
Avenue C is now open and available 24/7! This is a self-checkout, micro market offering a variety of snacks, beverages, and on-the-go items. You can set up an account online or use a credit card for payment at any time. Instructions are simple:
- Scan the barcode on the item. You will hear a ring tone that it has scanned successfully. The item(s) will then be listed on the screen.
- Use the “Connect & Pay” Canteen app or a credit card to pay. The app can be downloaded from your mobile app store.

COMMUNITY QUIET HOURS

This doesn’t mean the fun has to end! During quiet hours, we just ask that you lower the volume and be respectful of your neighbors, as their schedules may be different from yours.
Pet Park
Malone’s outdoor pet park is located alongside the eastern side of the building. Pets must be on a leash at ALL times and only leash-free within the pet park. Please monitor your pet(s) closely while you are going to/from and in the pet park. Please be courteous to your neighbors and pick up after your furry friends.
Rooftop Pool
The pool is open! Pool Hours are 7AM – 11PM. Absolutely NO glass, smoking, pets, or running! Pool is limited to VIP only, meaning 2 guests per apartment. Each apartment receives 1 wristband per lease holder (maroon) and 2 wristbands for guests (white). Residents must accompany guests at all times, and both residents & guests must have wristbands visible when accessing the rooftop terrace and pool.

No Smoking Policy
Malone is 100% Smoke Free & has a ZERO tolerance policy. Smoking of any type, including vaping, is NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE on the property; this includes balconies, stairwells, outdoor amenities, and parking areas.
Smoking violation: $500 per incident
Butterfly
Butterfly is a virtual/video call box for the front entrance. Open your email from ButterflyMX to download the app, create an account, and start using today. Listed below are some features you’ll love!
- Simply swipe to open the front entrance door!
- Video Calling: See who is requesting access for entry.
- Virtual Keys: Create a key or pin code for temporary access, like for your dog walker or house cleaner.
Packages & Mail
Locks are installed and the mail person is delivering! We have labeled your name in the box with your apartment number. Please contact us or come to the office if you do not yet have your mailbox key.
The mail room is equipped with a secure package system, allowing 24/7 access to retrieve your incoming packages. Here’s how to get set up and use the system:
- An email will be sent to you from Package Concierge with your username and pin number. You can use that information to change preferences online in your account.
- You will then be notified by email, text, or call (whatever you choose in your online account) when a package is delivered.
- Once you get a notification, simply log in at the lockers with your username and pin number. The lockers your package(s) are in will pop open automatically.
Luggage Carts
Luggage carts are now available to help you take stuff to and from your apartment. They will be located in the same area as the Podcast Room and Package Concierge lockers. Please make sure to always return the carts so everyone can use them when needed.
Trash & Recycling
Trash chutes are coming soon! For now, please place bagged trash in containers in the trash room at the end of the hall. These are located on every floor near the east stairwell (make two immediate lefts off the elevator).
Trash must be bagged/secured and dropped into the proper receptacles. Do not leave trash on the floor in or near the room. Please break down any boxes for recycling and bring any large or bulk items to the first-floor trash room.
